This website is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to make an offer, or a commitment to sell. No price is published on this site, and no booking or payment can be made through it.
Any purchase is governed solely by the written agreement signed between you and us, together with the sanctioned plans and approvals for that project. Where anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
Images are artist’s impressions
The images and video on this site — including project galleries, hero footage and interiors — are computer-generated artist’s impressions. They are not photographs of completed construction, and this applies to delivered projects as well as to those under way.
Furniture, fittings, appliances, landscaping, vehicles and people shown in them are for presentation only and are not included in any sale unless the signed agreement says so. Colours, materials, elevations, unit layouts, dimensions and amenities are indicative and are subject to the sanctioned plans and to change by us or by the competent authorities.
Stated areas, unit counts and distances to landmarks are approximate. Please verify anything you intend to rely on with our team and against the project documents before making a decision.
Approvals
Where a project is described as RERA or BMRDA approved, that approval relates to that specific project. We encourage you to verify the current status and registration details independently on the Karnataka RERA portal and in the project documents we will provide on request.
Enquiries
The enquiry form opens your own email application with your details filled in; nothing is sent until you send that email. What happens to the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a unit or a plot and creates no obligation on either side.
Links to other sites
This site links to places we do not control — including the Country Meadows project website, Google Maps, WhatsApp and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data.

The text, images, renders, video, plans, logo and name on this site belong to Opulent Developers or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially, or present our renders as your own work, without our written permission.
Availability and liability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website alone, as distinct from the project documents and the signed agreement.

We may update these terms and the content of this site at any time. The version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
